Questions and Answers
Questions couples ask us
The venue has WiFi. Do we still need dedicated connectivity? +
Venue WiFi is great for day-to-day use, but it is not built for a celebration. When your guests arrive and everyone reaches for their phones to share the moment, you need a connection designed for exactly that. We bring dedicated capacity that belongs entirely to your wedding, with no sharing and no congestion.
We have good signal at the venue. Will that be enough? +
Signal can feel fine when you visit, but weddings change everything. The moment your guests arrive together, everyone is connecting at once and competing for the same local mast. We bring our own dedicated capacity so your day has everything it needs, without competing with anyone else.
Can our guests not just use their own mobile data? +
Of course they can, and many will. But dedicated connectivity means every guest, every supplier, and every special moment is part of one seamless experience. No one has to ask if anyone has signal. No one misses a moment because something would not load.
How do you provide WiFi at a remote venue with no broadband? +
We bring everything with us. Bonded satellite and 4G/5G connectivity means we are not dependent on the venue having any existing internet connection. Whether you are celebrating in a barn in the Brecon Beacons or a coastal venue in Pembrokeshire, we will make it work.
What happens if the connection drops during the day? +
That is exactly why we use bonded connections. Satellite and 4G/5G work together simultaneously, so if one drops, the others absorb the load and everything keeps running. Two engineers are on site monitoring in real time throughout the day.
How many guests can connect at once? +
As many as you have. We design the network specifically for your guest count using enterprise-grade access points. Everything is scoped for your actual numbers as part of the pre-event survey.
What is the guest portal? +
The guest portal is a beautifully branded page that appears when guests connect to WiFi. It shows your names, your wedding date, and a photo of the two of you, with simple options to sign the guestbook, share a photo, or request a song. It feels like part of the wedding, not a tech add-on.
What is the digital guestbook? +
Guests leave messages, photos, and voice notes via the portal throughout the day. Everything is captured in one place permanently, and you receive it all after the wedding. It is a much richer keepsake than a physical book left on a table.
What happens to the photos after the wedding? +
On Moments and Full Experience packages, every guest automatically receives a personalised collection of the photos they shared, sent to the email they used when they logged in. Guests always mean to share photos and then forget. This makes it happen for them, beautifully and automatically.
How does the music work on Full Experience? +
You create your playlist before the wedding and we play it throughout the day. Guests can add song requests via the portal as the evening unfolds, and our engineers blend them in seamlessly. It feels collaborative and personal without anything being left to chance.
Why choose Full Experience over hiring a DJ? +
A DJ is a wonderful thing, but it is another supplier to find, brief, and manage on the day. Full Experience means the team who already know your venue, your network, and your timeline also handle the music and lighting. One team. One setup. One perfect evening.
Do you stay on site for the whole day? +
Always. Two engineers arrive before your guests and stay through to the end of the evening. We are there for the whole celebration, monitoring in real time and making sure everything runs beautifully.
How far in advance should we book? +
As early as you can. Popular summer dates go quickly, and we want to make sure we can be there for you. We recommend getting in touch at least three to six months before your wedding, though we always check and come back to you promptly.
What areas of Wales do you cover? +
We cover Wales and the Welsh Borders, including Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire, Powys, Gwynedd, Carmarthenshire, Monmouthshire, and the border counties of Herefordshire and Shropshire. Not sure about your venue? Just ask.
What are your payment terms? +
A 50% deposit secures your date, with the balance due six weeks before your wedding. We accept bank transfer.
